Krista, RN – Aesthetic Nurse Injector; Director of Nursing
Krista was born in California but grew up in Colorado. She has been a nurse for over 20 years, and a part of our team since 2009. Krista received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado, worked in Labor and Delivery for the first 10 years of her nursing career, and has worked in the cosmetic surgery industry since 2009.
Krista is a vital team member at Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery. She prepares our patients for their procedures at their pre-operative appointments, and assists our physicians with pre-operative, operating room, and recovery care. Krista has dedicated days to see patients at Park Meadows Aesthetics as well, and her role in our surgical practice dovetails nicely with our aesthetics office as well.
Krista is highly trained to administer BOTOX© Cosmetic and dermal fillers to our patients and has attended CoolSculpting University where she received certification as a CoolSculpting Team Lead.
Krista is attentive, compassionate and thorough, and she enjoys consulting with patients and helping them look and feel their best and strives to create gorgeous, natural results. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, working out and spending time with her husband and teenage kids.
Kristy, RN – Aesthetic Nurse Injector; OR Manager
Kristy is our OR Manager at Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery with over 23 years of nursing experience. She is dedicated to supporting patients through every step of their surgical journey, from pre-op visits to post-op care, ensuring they feel informed, comfortable, and cared for. She also plays a meaningful role in the final stage of reconstruction by performing areola tattooing, helping patients complete their healing process with confidence.
Beyond the operating room, Kristy is an experienced Nurse Injector known for her precise technique and natural-looking results. She combines her clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver refined, natural-looking enhancements and facial balancing. Her goal is to address patients’ concerns while creating subtle results that help each patient feel like the most confident version of themselves. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two boys and loving on her 90-pound Goldendoodle.

Taylor – Licensed Esthetician & Body Contouring Specialist
Taylor is the first esthetician to join Park Meadows Aesthetics and has been in the industry since 2014! She loves all things related to skin health and beauty with a passion for body contouring through Coolsculpting.
As a fun-loving and naturally empathetic person, Taylor enjoys helping others become more confident and comfortable in their bodies. She values building relationships based upon trust and mutual respect and is continuing her education as a healthcare professional.
Having grown up in Vermont, she enjoys the outdoors and has a strong love of animals. She’s a self-proclaimed foodie, and enjoys theme parks and touring museums.
Gabriela – Front Desk Coordinator
Gabriela is a Colorado native with 3 years of experience in the aesthetics industry as a licensed esthetician with a passion for helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their skin. Outside of aesthetics, Gabriela enjoys traveling, fall weather, and spending time with her cat rewatching Harry Potter for the hundredth time! She believes skincare should be both effective and enjoyable and is excited to continue growing her passion for aesthetics at Park Meadows Aesthetics!
Amariah, Med Spa Manager
Amariah has been in the medical field since 2021 and joined the Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetics team in 2024. Amariah graduated from Grand Canyon University with her degree in Health Care Administration. She prides herself in providing campassionate and thoughtful care for all patients.
Amariah was born and raised in Montana but moved to Colorado over ten years ago. She loves traveling, camping and going to sports games with her husband – especially watching the Chiefs play! Amariah enjoys spending time with her family here in Colorado as well as her family back home in Montana.
Anne, CMPE, CASC – Administrator
Anne has been a part of the Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery team since 2007, where she started her career as the Development Director. In 2015, she became the Administrator of both Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery and Park Meadows Outpatient Surgery. In 2017, she received her designation as a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through MGMA, and in 2021, she passed the exam to become a Certified Administrator Surgery Center (CASC).
Anne oversees the financial management, daily operations, and human resources for both the practice and surgery center. She manages risk across the practice’s insurance and corporate structures, and ensures Park Meadows Outpatient Surgery maintains its Medicare certification, Colorado state licensure, and Joint Commission accreditation. Anne also oversees governance for the practice’s seven individual companies, serves as property manager for the building, and manages all vendor relationships.
She works to develop relationships with strategic partners and referring physicians and is responsible for the marketing and business development of the practice. We are thrilled that the practice continues to expand, and in 2019, Anne was part of the expansion of Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery Aesthetics, located next door to our current space.
As a native to Colorado, Anne loves spending free time outside with her husband, friends, and family.
