I contacted the Aesthetics last year, after my amazing breast implants from Dr. Williams, after my cancer and implants 12 years ago! After I visited with Shannon and discussed some facial enhancements (fillers and botox), I was so excited to get started. She was so patient and professional and very knowledgeable, I knew whenever I would be able to get around to these enhancements, it would be with Shannon and her team. I was so excited to learn over a year later, that Shannon was still their director. Seems like everyone out there is getting into this, and it worries me about their capabilities. So I saw Shannon this week and she was everything and more that I could ask for. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and trying to cover the bases, but not over-estimating my ability to pay. I was pleased with result, and am very needle phobic and she put me to ease instantly about this and her techniques to keep swelling down, as not to interfere with my warifan (blood thinner). I can see myself hopefully avoiding surgery in the future, and having a healthy, cheerful face that is becoming to me. I would be remiss to not mention the administrator that took my initial phone call and sent me very prepared to discuss any issues with Shannon. I am scheduled in a few weeks for and entire face revamp. Lost 35lbs in 2 weeks to C-def and my face completely went on melt down. They are my Christmas miracles this year! So I encourage anyone that is considering these procedures, to visit Shannon! If this procedure is anything like my new breasts, I will be eternally grateful. I am sure it will!.....hugs to Shannon and Madison, so authentic and real......ti's definitely the place to be! I will report the good news soon, after my fillers in January!

Dr Christopher Williams and his entire staff are simply the best! Dr Williams sets the pace for his staff by example. He has always been cordial, professional, personable and with a quirky sense of humor to lighten things up. He comes across as efficient and a perfectionist when it comes to details. He is honest with his recommendations and will let you know if what you want may not be the best thing. His staff follows his lead and have always been friendly and have made me feel comfortable every time I’ve had a consultation. Danielle is a great navigator and made sure I got scheduled for surgery according to my needs. The gal upfront is always cheerful and welcoming and makes the start of your appointment a positive one. A very gracious and professional group of people to place your confidence in during a difficult an vulnerable time in ones lives.

Dr. Chris Williams went the second mile, and I would highly recommend him. He was thorough in discussing my implant concerns, he called the radiologist to clarify the radiologist’s notes from a recent mammogram I brought with me that had nothing to do with his office, and he called me back the same day with this clarification. He did not recommend a replacement, which he could have if he was more concerned about getting my business than what would be best for me. If/when I am ready for an implant replacement, he will be the first doctor I call. He was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and listened well to my concerns and desires. The office staff were also excellent and very timely.
